Arterki launch inventory is optimized for US delivery.
Current MVP products are sourced from fulfillment partners and use US-stock fulfillment paths when available. Processing and transit times vary by address, carrier, inventory handoff, and battery-handling rules for certain accessories.
Processing and delivery timing
- Order processing is usually 1-3 business days.
- US transit estimates for current launch products commonly fall in the 3-8 business day range after shipment.
- Remote areas, weather, address issues, and carrier delays can extend timing.
- Live shipping rates and delivery options shown at checkout are the source of truth for your order.
Returns and fit-sensitive items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a clear fit issue, wrong item, or product defect. Returned items should be clean, unused outdoors, and in original condition unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Dog boots are fit-sensitive wearable items. Please measure before ordering and keep first try-on sessions indoors so the item remains returnable if the size is clearly wrong.
Damaged, incorrect, or delayed orders
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially delayed, contact info@arterki.com with your order number and photos of the item, label, and package when relevant. We will review the issue and outline the next step.
