Arterki Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026. These terms apply to purchases made through Arterki.com for pet walking gear, paw protection, glow accessories, and future product concepts.
Product use and supervision
Arterki launch products are designed for supervised everyday walking routines. They are not veterinary devices, medical treatments, chew toys, restraint tools, or substitutes for route awareness, weather judgment, or responsible pet supervision.
Launch-stage assortment
Our current catalog is intentionally narrow. Some products are sourced from fulfillment partners while Arterki learns customer needs, sizing issues, and product feedback before developing future proprietary 3D-printed pet footwear, apparel, and modular glow components. A product is only 3D-printed when the product page says so explicitly.
Orders, pricing, and inventory
Prices, inventory, product availability, shipping options, and promotions may change without notice. We may cancel, limit, or adjust an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted by carrier rules, affected by battery-handling limits, or delayed by fulfillment errors. If that happens, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Fit-sensitive products
Dog boots and wearable pet accessories depend on measurement, fit, and adaptation. Measure before ordering, try products indoors first, and stop use if your dog shows distress, rubbing, chewing, overheating, restricted movement, or unusual behavior.
Shipping and returns
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Processing time, carrier handoff, address accuracy, weather, remote delivery areas, and fulfillment partner inventory can affect delivery timing. See Shipping & Returns for the current MVP policy, return conditions, and support workflow.
Customer feedback
Photos, reviews, sizing notes, and support messages may be used to improve Arterki product development. We will not use identifiable customer photos in public marketing without permission.
